Diagnostic tests to detect enteric and respiratory pathogens
Since 1996, Coris BioConcept develops, produces and sells diagnostic kits for the detection of human enteric and respiratory pathogens.
These tests, more sensitive than latex tests, are suitable for single sample analysis, require minimal sample manipulation and give unequivocal diagnostic within 5 to 15 minutes for positive samples. No sophisticated extra material is required to perform the test.
Tests are based on the colloidal gold particles immunochromatographic technique and use coated nitrocellulose sticks. Once the stick is dipped into sample solution, liquid sample and gold conjugate both migrate by capillary movement. At the end of the chromatography process, one or two red lines appear indicating either a negative or a positive result respectively.
Sticks can be dried and archived for any further use needed in any ISO requirements.
Each kit contains:
· 25 Sticks for 25 tests
· One 15-ml bottle of ready to use dilution buffer.
We are leader on the Belgian market (75%), on the Irish market (50%) and we export in more than 50 countries all over the world.
