About Us
DIMA ITALIA is localized in Bologna and is specialized in planning, manufacturing and marketing Electromedical Device. All these activities are concentrated in a 3.500 square meter building, where highly qualified staff put into service their long term experience in this sector.
The various duties of the firm are grouped in six areas of activity:
• The Commercial sector (this includes the commercial office, the head for the sales store and the external agents)
• The designing sector
• The production sector
• The quality sector
• The purchasing sector (includes the purchasing office and the head of the component store)
• The accounting sector
The aims which the firm wants to obtain are :
* Clarify how the various internal responsibilities have to be divided to optimize all the human resources within the firm.
* Standardize the management of the various activities to respond quickly and efficiently to the requests of clients and of the market.
* Assure a constant revision of all the technical documentary of the products so that the firm may adapt to the new rules implied.
* Increase the competitivity of the firm's products by controlling their impact on the market and constantly improve their technical qualities.
* Improve how to estimate time necessity and costs when setting up a new project, trying to make the most of earlier experiences.
* Assure a good Service of Assistance with qualified staff.
All the apparatus are conformed to the established European Safety rules, specific to each one, and have been certified according to the Directive 93/42/CEE and with the approval of the notified Agency CERMET, when required. During the design project, high quality components are used thanks to a careful qualification of the chosen components and of their contractors. Each production lot is submitted to various controls and inspections including acceptance tests of the used components, final and intermediate inspections : working controls, acceptance tests and quality inspections.
