We custom design and manufacture a complete family of linear actuators based on stepper motors. 0ur line of leadscrew assemblies includes a broad offering of leadscrews, advanced coatings and the most technically advanced anti-backlash nuts available in the market. Recently introduced, the Kerk RGS® and Screwrail® as well as the Haydon LRS® slide systems offer unique and compact positioning systems. Haydon-Kerk Motion Solutions patented technologies and unique designs ensure exceptional performance and long life. They are largely used in the medical equipment, instrumentation, industrial equipment and other applications.
Haydon was founded in 1951 and is today a leader for stepper motors, linear actuators, leadscrew assemblies and sealed switches. The Company, headquartered in Waterbury, CT USA and manufacturing facilities in Changzhou, China develops, designs and manufacturers internationally patented products for the global marketplace. The unique Haydon designs provide precise, reliable motors with unmatched performance-to-size ratios.
Kerk was established in 1976 and has grown to be one of the world’s largest exclusive manufacturers of non-ball lead screws. The internationally patented, anti-backlash designs and materials provide high accuracy, unsurpassed repeatability, and long life in a full range of motion control applications. The production facilities in Hollis, NH USA include an own injection molding and moldmaking, CNC machine tools, and a quality control department utilizing real-time SPC.
HaydonKerk custom designs and manufacturers electric motors for medical equipment, instrumentation, industrial equipment, machinery automation, HVAC, office equipment, and many other custom applications. Motors are simple and versatile, making them well suited for customization and manufacturing.
