About us
The boxes specially developed by us for sterilization purposes, make the daily work in clinics and doctors’ surgeries much easier. Instruments or implants in different designs and dimensions can nowadays be stored and sterilized in standard boxes made of PPSU. In order to keep instruments and implants in place, different silicone strips and mats are put into the boxes. Should you have any special requirements, we can meet these too.
All boxes can be ordered as complete sets or single units. On request, they can be silkscreened in color, either on the lid or on the insert trays, e.g. with the company name, sterilization instructions or pictures of the instruments. Most important for the medical sector are the material properties of the sterilization boxes. For this reason, all containers produced by us are made of PPSU (polyphenyl sulfone). Items made of PPSU are impact-resistant, sensitive to tensile impact, and show excellent resistance to hydrolysis. Moreover, corresponding tests have shown that the plastic, which is heat-resistant and dimensionallystable up to 220 °C, is not attacked by morpholine or similar amino compounds and withstands aggressive disinfectants in the long run.
