YARN TO SEMI-FINISHED
Application of high quality cotton yarn plus synthetic yarn is the case in manufacture of all the products of Kuteks. Correspondence of raw material and other materials with high quality standards is always subject to close surveillance by experts and qualified employees.
Cotton yarns in bobbins are prepared for yarn finishing process by bobbin transfer machines. The cotton yarn is cleared of its dust and burr through hydrophilization and bleaching process.

There are two major means of technology for manufacture in use in Kuteks, weaving and knitting.
Weaving is meant to see to the determination of quality of weft through yarn density comprehension and by pulling out the warps. The latter means manufacture with interlocked loops.
That is why knitting archles are proper for various uses. Rolls of medical fabrics in both cases are stored in semi-finished products section.
