MedSignals Corp. is based in San Antonio, TX, across the street from the Alamo. From its vintage-1893 historic building, the corporate staff supports our corporate clients and partners, sales to research institutions, marketing, systems management, and Help Desk requirements.
Our business strategy is to partner with companies who dominate key distribution channels for our portfolio of products. The company outsources manufacturing and packaging, as well as some distribution. We outsource to strategic partners the majority of our design engineering, IT and software programming, graphic art, and special technology needs—relationships who have all supported MedSignals’ development efforts for over six years.
MedSignals was first developed by LIFETECHniques, a privately-owned R&D incubator that invents and tests technologies to help people self-manage difficult health behaviors. It was spun-out of the parent company in 2007 and is a Delaware-incorporated corporation.
