The Precision Foundry Toolmaking Company that specialises in the manufacture and supply of Ultra High Quality Polyurethane RIM Mouldings.
Established in the Autumn of 1989 Midas has developed into a substantial business, offering customers security and peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that we have the infrastructure to deliver.
The successful integration of CAD/CAM and CNC tool making techniques with traditional pattern and mould making skills is the fundamental strength of Midas Pattern Co. We believe that the quality and accuracy of a finished P.U. moulding or metal casting can only be as good as the original mould tool or pattern that produced it.
The fact is we are accredited with BS EN ISO 9001:2000, with ongoing auditing taken care of by the UK’ premier accrediation body, BSI, thus ensuring our processes are properly maintained and our finished products are of the highest possible quality.
Using CAE to verify manufacturing data, we rapidly produce prototypes and working models through to the manufacture of foundry patterns and low cost tooling for either Precision Non-Ferrous castings or Solid P.U. RIM mouldings.
