proxomed Medizintechnik GmbH – part of the BERNINA Holding, Inc. – was founded in 1986 in Fürstenfeldbruck, Germany. Proxomed has grown from a national sales organization into a worldwide operating company. Our headquarter is located in Alzenau, Germany (40 km east of Frankfurt) with an office in Fürstenfeldbruck, Germany and a subsidiary in Steckborn, Switzerland.

In 2005 proxomed founded proxowell GmbH, our own production facility. Once more proxomed moved a step forward and set an important milestone for the future development of the company.
