Tianjin Plastics Research Institute Co. Ltd. was established in 1965. Its location is 445 Huanghe Road Nankai District Tianjin of China. It covers 6000m2.
Tianjin Plastics Research Institute Co. Ltd. is the developing, researching and manufacturing base in the field of medical plastic products which gets special supports from Tianjin Science and Technology Committee. It is a professional company to manufacture “class 3”medical apparatus approved by State Drug Administration. It is also the council organization of Medical Plastic Professional Committee of China Plastic Processing Industrial Association. We have dedicated to medical plastic product developing, researching and manufacturing for many years. We have two 100 000 level purification workshops and various advanced experimental equipments and detecting instruments and plastic molding machines.
Our existing products cover series of products for heart surgical operation under extracorporeal circulation, intervened with the body series of products, blood purifier and medical PVC material etc. Our products are sold to more than 400 hospitals in China.
Besides medical plastics, Tianjin Plastics Research Institute Co. Ltd. also develops modification of special engineering plastics with property of resistance high temperature, anti-flame, long-life, anti-static electricity etc. and inorganic and metal filling plastics.
The QualityTestingCenter of our unit is a supervision and testing institute authorized by Tianjin Technical Supervision Bureau. It is the chief member of China Standardization Technology Committee of Plastic Product and in charge of drafting and modifying standard of plastic product.
Quality Testing Center of Tianjin Plastics Research Institute Co. Ltd. is seated in our company which has a building area of 500m2 with 100m2 as even temperature room. It has 56 detecting equipment and has collected more than 1000 technical information books. We has dedicated to plastic industry for many years, so we has accumulated adequate experience. This assures that the test, evaluation and analysis of our products and raw material are leading level in China all the time.
